Glcf Scholarship Fund's Focus Is on Sepsis Awareness, Prevention

Eddie Gabriel Djatcha of Lowell is the 2023 winner of the Emily Edwards Memorial Fiscal Scholarship.

The scholarship fund was established in 2022 at the request of sisters Tina Edwards, Diana Rogier and Kimberly Edwards Wunderlich in honor of their mother, Emily Edwards.
